Where there is no vision, the people perish. —Proverbs 29:18

A leader’s primary job is to make the win clear to the team and make the team stronger as they all march toward the goal together.  Without vision, there is no clarity of “the win” and people will peel off or worse die through continued wasting of time and resources due to lack of direction.
